January Kit

Today I had my monthly scrapping class and this was the double layout I designed using the January kit.

Papers and stickers are all Echo Park Seasons Greetings. I had some cardstock left and plenty of stickers so I made another layout with my scraps.

This is the same layout we are doing next week at Wickford. I have used a 7"x5" on one side and and 1 6"x 4" plus 4 3" x 2" landscapes on the otherside. The single layout is another 3 more 3" x 2" but you could use a 6"x4" as well.

Julys class kit

This month we used Echo Park for the record....love the colours in this kit.  If you had said to me black, red, yellow and green...I probably would have said no thanks, but they work really well together.  Ideally suited for a heritage layout, mine needs some journaling but I have to work our dates and the photo in the second layout is my great great grandfather but not sure which of my nans brothers and sisters the baby is.  When I get time I am going to start work on my family history and hopefully I will get some idea of who it is!!

We stained cream seam binding with Distress ink Scattered Straw and spritzed with water to get that lovely vintage look.

Aprils kit

This month kit uses Echo park "Springtime", in the kit you get 4 double sided cardstock sheets, 3 Bazzill 12x12 sheets in pink, lemon and white and a sheet of stickers. Also included is a bag of embellishments with buttons, ribbons and felt butterflys.  I challenged myself to see how many layouts I could do with kit, which was sent to me from Bellaboo. I ended up with 4 layouts, the only thing I had to add was some more white cardstock. You dont have to used Springtime themed photos on all the layouts...there are other titles on the sticker sheet. The kit costs £15.00, I have some left if anybody would like one.  The kit includes the instructions for all 4 layouts.  Below are 2 of them...

I used tuille for the first time on the second layout...its great for lots of things and very in vogue at the moment.  I scrunched it up to make a border and secured it down with brads.

February Class

These are the layouts the ladies did today, using Echo Park Wintertime papers and stickers.

The snowflake was made a Cuttlebug die and Martha Stewart/Papermania punches and the Winter Wonderland title was cut on the cricut with the Winter Woodland cartridge.

I have a couple of spaces free for an all day crop on Saturday 5th March...if anyone is free, details on the side bar.

Been mega busy with card classes recently....hopefully I can get back to scrapping soon.
