Brothers
Another couple of photos I have had stuck in a bag of papers for years waiting to be scrapped! The papers and stickers are from All My Memories...which used to be a huge company when I first started out but sadly gone now. I wanted to keep this quite simple, so I used one of the Grand Nestabilities dies as well as the striped paper. Buttons and ribbon from stash and the base layer is Crumb Cake {kraft} from Stampin'Up!

Websters Pages part 2
So this the other layoutfrom yesterdays kit, not quite the same as it should have been but I had enough pieces cut out for what I wanted and my photo is slightly bigger. Taken on my daughters 21st birthday with her Nan. Everything is from Websters pages, except the Prima flowers and the Bazzill pom poms. Buttons from stash.

Websters Pages kit
Todays layout is from a kit from Craftystash, a few months ago. The papers are from Websters pages and they are lovey lovely papers but need alot of cutting out!!! I had done most of the cutting just need to actually complete the layouts...which I have now done! Its an old photo, so not great quality but I have so few pics of my hubbys family and I think this one works well with the colours in the papers etc. Its a die cut sheet but I will add the cream backing sheet in the sleeve.
Back tomorrow with the other layout from the kit.

This months kit
I am back teaching my scrapbook classes again after the Christmas break and these are the layouts the girls did today. The papers, cardstock and stickers are from Stampin'Up!, the punch for the ribbon is Fiskars and the Die cut is a Nestabilites Grand die. The title has been cut with the Tim holtz Vintage market alphabet. In the kit you get enough papers/cardstock/stickers and ribbon to make the double and the single layout and comes complete with instructions. If you would like a kit they are £10.00 not inc postage.

My Favourite thing layout
Last layout with these papers from Fancy Pants. This was a class kit, we made the flowers and I free cut the tree. Love the alphabet stickers that come with this range.
Back tomorrow with the Christmas kit the girls are doing this month.

More Fancy Pants
With the remains of the papers I had left over from yesterdays layout, I made this one. Some very precious photos of my nan and aunt sadly no longer with us, together with son James. Just love these papers and the flowers from Prima match beautifully. On a special page like this I wanted to add the prima pearl swirl, if you out cut most of them carefully, you can usually get 2 sprays out of one pack.
Another couple of layouts done yesterday...I am on a roll..lol!!

Circle of friends
Todays layout is another one I completed whilst away at the retreat and was part of the bingo challenge. I chose three things that had to be included on the layout, circles, tags and bling! The papers are Fancy Pants..Happy Together, alphabet is from the same collection and the flowers and bling are Prima. The photo is actually all of us at one of the previous retreats. Dont know what I would do without them, friends always get you through when times are hard!
I am really pleased with myself for carrying on finishing off half done kits....you can actually see a space clearing in my crate. So far I have finished 3 that just needed a few bits like photos and journaling done, 1 that needed alot of cutting out and 9 completely new layouts using left overs from the kits once the main layout has been done. To be honest thats what makes up most of the bags in my crate, I dont want to throw it away as you usually get so much left but I cant keep it all for cardmaking. I am using old photos as well which is great...we are talking pre digital....just wish I remembered to put dates on the back..lol!

Retreat layout..using Girls Paperie
Another layout from last years retreat with ATDML, the papers were Girls Paperie and the class was designed by Debbie Jewell. Not my usual type of layout, but I am really pleased with this one, but thats what I like about going to retreats you do classes you would not normally do.

Finally finishing layouts
Spent yesterday trying to catch up on unfinshed kits, that I keep moving around my room! This layout is from a Totalpapercrafts kit we did last year at one of Karens all day crops. I think the papers are K&Co, we used a Martha Stewart punch to make the border, flowers we made and the material ones are Prima long with the pearls and roses. Journaling card is from Delish, numbers are Thickers from American crafts.
I have waited for ages to find the right sort of photos for this layout, but my daughters 21st seemed appropriate and the neutral colours work well with the papers.
I managed to finish quite a few other layouts so will post those over the next few days......one of my main objectives this year is to finish started kits before starting anything new....fingers crossed!!
